The Barberrics LLC

Accessibility

Last updated October 10, 2026

The Barberrics LLC wants everyone to be able to book a haircut, browse our products, and find our shop — regardless of how they use the web.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor disabilities.

2. What We Have Done

Steps we have taken on this site include:

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including the booking flow
  • Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast
  • Form fields with visible, associated labels
  • A layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops
  • Respect for the reduced-motion setting in your operating system

3. Where We Stand

We want to be straightforward about this: our site has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit. We are describing an ongoing commitment, not a certified result. Some areas may fall short of the standard above, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.

We review accessibility as we build new parts of the site, and we fix problems as we find them.

4. Tell Us About a Problem

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. We treat this as a real bug, not a suggestion.

Please tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to get you what you need.

5. Another Way to Reach Us

If the site is not working for you, you do not have to fight with it. Call the shop at (323) 246-4167 and we will book your appointment over the phone.

6. Third-Party Content

Some parts of our site rely on outside services — our online checkout runs on Shopify. We do not control their accessibility, but we will help you complete a purchase another way if you run into trouble. Just call us.
